MARTINBIKE Village in Residence Elounda

Our new bike hotel is a 4-star facility in Elounda. The hotel is very quiet, away from roads, 700 meters from the picturesque fishing village of Elounda, slightly elevated in the olive groves.

Guests can enjoy a fantastic view from every corner over the many sea bays to the Spinalonga island. You can see far over the Mirabello Bay to the Tripti Mountains that stretch towards Sitia to the east of Crete.

The host family Yiannis Kardoulakis with his 2 young innovative sons, Paul and Barth, are looking forward to warmly welcome Martinbike guests. They will do everything to look after our guests offering their best service.

In this complex, 29 double rooms in the Village part of the hotel and the associated taverna are reserved for Martinbike guests.

Attractive pool area (swimming distance 25 meters), pool bar, SPA with sauna, massage, yoga, physio, tennis court (small fee), and fitness equipment for free.

From May water park with kids playground, baby pump track with wheels is available.

Water sources for the pool areas of the Hotel Residence

The Hotel Residence has its own deep water source (endless water that is channeled from the Libyan Sea). All the water for the pool facilities comes from this deep source. It is crystal clear and slightly salty. Every day a lot of water is spewed into the pools from this source. This means that little chlorine is required. It is rich in minerals and very kind to the skin. The Hotel Residence does not use any fresh water from the island. The water in the bathrooms is normal fresh water.

Double Apartments

(for 2 people also for 3 people and larger apartments for 4 people)

The apartments are characterized by a generously furnished entree with a single bed and separate double bed room, balcony with a wonderful panorama sea view, beautiful, modern bathroom (two separate rooms).

They are equipped with mini kitchen, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, hotel cosmetics, beach towels, Sattelite TV, Wifi, Air Conditioning for heating and cooling.

Double Room for Single Use

The double rooms are characterized by generously furnished entree and double bed room, balcony with a wonderful panorama sea view and beautiful large bathroom.

The double rooms are equipped with mini kitchen, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, hotel cosmetics, beach towels, Sattelite TV, Wifi, Air Conditioning for heating and cooling.

3 Room Apartments (for up to 6 people)

The apartments are characterized by a generously furnished entree with 2 single beds and 2 separate double bed rooms, balcony with a wonderful sea view, and beautiful modern bathroom.

The double rooms are equipped with mini kitchen, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, hotel cosmetics, beach towels, Sattelite TV, Wifi, Air Conditioning for heating and cooling.

Maisonette Villa (with private pool / for up to 6 people)

The villas are characterized by a large living area, fully equipped kitchen with dinner table. In the living area there are also 2 sofa beds. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a comfortable bathroom. The upper floor also has a wonderful large balcony. Each villa has its own private pool with a large veranda and enjoys a dream view.

They are equipped with hair dryer, hotel cosmetics, beach towels, Sattelite TV, Wifi, Air Conditioning for heating and cooling.

Traditional Cretan Restaurant

Dinner

In the Martinbike Village's own taverna, guests enjoy the best Cretan cuisine. Salads, starters, main courses, desserts and fruits. Service and buffet in combination, including vegan and vegetarian dishes, in-house, organic olive oils. Cretan wines from the hotel's own cultivation as well as other selected wines (the drinks are served). In the evening, the hotel provides good entertainment with adapted music at the hotel bar.
